thrill
There is a genuine thrill in watching growth.
The small green shoot emerges from underneath the ground and begins to unfold. Every day, there is clear evidence of how much taller, stronger and greener the new shoots are. It all looks so easy, so graceful.
I am not sure one could call one's own growth a thrilling time... it tends to hurt. Our bones, muscles and tendons scream their resistence. We avoid stepping out into the cold night, we find endless excuses to stay firmly snuggled inside our comfort zone.
Growth hurts. Mine seems very less graceful than my green seedlings.
vibration
From within the vibration of our own notes, our own spirit tone, we hear another's vibration.
Brilliantly clear, it touches every cell of our being.
